You can create polls and votings with the Transcendence Dashboard. A LAYER 2 Application on top of TELOS.
The community can vote about fundamentals, Team-Members, fill Budgets and other things. People can also create Job-Bounties by defining a Task and fill up a bounty price. As soon its attractive, a developer, designer, web designer or whatever can apply to this bounty and try to fulfil it to earn the bounty price.
This way TELOS is purely democratic and also another source for Jobs and Interactions.
